Patents: Patents gives Rights and protection for a certain amount of time for a newly developed invention or an improvement to an existing product.

Industrial design: Industrial design is the interesting parts and features of a product that appeal to the customers.

Trademarks: A trademark protects a combination of words, numbers, sound, design and logos from the misuse of others.

Copyright: Copyright gives legal rights to an individual or a company to their literature, music and art.

Trade Secret: Trade secret is a very valuable data, technology or recipe that makes the product original.
